When your nervous system is out of balance, it can feel like you're constantly navigating through a storm, with the stress button always pressed and your fight-or-flight response perpetually activated. This means your body is on high alert even when there’s no real danger, leaving you feeling as if you’re in a state of constant tension.
This unrelenting stress impacts every aspect of your life. It can disrupt your sleep, leaving you restless and drained, and take a toll on your health, making you more susceptible to illness and fatigue. Beyond that, it seeps into your emotional world, causing feelings of overwhelm, irritability, and a sense of disconnection from those you care about.
Your
Subconscious
Imagine there’s a part of you that operates quietly beneath the surface, like an unseen current guiding your life. This hidden realm of subconscious beliefs makes up about 90% of what shapes your experiences.
These deep-seated beliefs are like invisible threads weaving through your thoughts and actions, without you even realizing they’re there. These subconscious beliefs hold the power to influence how you see yourself, how you interact with others, and how you handle life’s challenges. They can drive you to react in ways that feel automatic and out of your control, sometimes steering you away from what you truly want or need.
When you’re not aware of these hidden beliefs, they can keep you stuck in patterns that don’t serve your highest good.

Inner Reality
When trauma and inner child wounds are at play, it can show up in various ways. You might find yourself feeling anxious or fearful even when there’s no real danger.
You might notice that you’re more reactive than usual, with small triggers leading to intense feelings or outbursts. Setting and maintaining boundaries could become a challenge, and you might struggle with low self-esteem, feeling unworthy or undeserving of love and happiness.
